If you know that you will be returning after we close due to a plane being grounded, flight change, or whatever, call us at the phone number on your ticket and give us authorization to leave your car outside.
Once we receive your call, we will text you the number of the safe deposit box and the password so that you can pick up the keys. If you do not receive the text within 30 minutes after you call us, call us to tell us that you did not receive it. Otherwise, your car stays inside the parking lot. The text has the lockbox number and the code to open the lockbox.
You will have to use Uber or a cab service to return to the parking lot. If you do not call us, the car will stay inside and you will be able to pick it up once the parking lot is open at 5am.
