Refund Disclosure


Non-refundable reservations:

Non-refundable reservations: as long as you’ve booked a non-refundable reservation 7 days prior to check-in date and time, you’re entitled to either change or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, without paying a cancellation fee of $100. Non-refundable reservations and unused days cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

Non-refundable reservation cancellation or change fee: the charge change or cancellation fee for a non-refundable reservation is $100. Unused days cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.


Refundable reservations:

Refundable reservations: refundable reservations and unused days can be returned for a full refund as long as the refund claim is filed by email before, on or 30 days after the check-in date and time.


How to file a refund:

Before submitting a refund request, read our non-refundable and refundable reservation disclosure above to determine if your refund request qualifies for a refund, cancellation fee or neither one.

To make a refund valid, you need to do it in writing by sending us an email. To speed up the refund process, make sure that the email address, name and telephone number in the refund email match the information in the parking confirmation. Click here to request a refund by email.
