  • EXTRA TIME: allow from 15 to 30 minutes for paperwork at the lot, and shuttle driving time, based on traffic conditions.
  •  AT THE AIRPORT: follow the signs to use the CBEX or a taxi sevice to the border.
  • ​CLEAR US CUSTOMS: go through US Customs, and call us at the number printed on the parking ticket; it's the same telephone number found on the confirmation, if you reserved online.
  • ​CBEX Bridge: wait for our driver in the area you were told to wait for our shuttle van. For legal reasons, we can't show any part of the airport bridge structure (CBEX) because it's private property
  • ​OTAY MESA BORDER: if you take a taxi to the border crossing at Otay Mesa, wait for our shuttle van at the traffic circle, click here for illustration. You'll leave this site.
  • SHUTTLE VAN: Board our shuttle back to our parking lot; the shuttle wait time is about 15 minutes.

How much is parking at Delta Truck Parking? 
The current rate is $15 for every 24 hours. It's NOT pro-rated and start and end at the check-in and check-out date and time.
Do you have transportation to the Tijuana airprt crossing bridge? 

Shuttle service to the Tijuana airport crossing bridge is complimentary and is offered from 5am to 11:15pm daily. 

It is offered to whoever arrives first and we use different Toyota Siennas. 

The maximum capacity is for 7 passengers including the driver. 

Waiting time is approximately 15 minutes when the shuttle is not available. 

Upon your return you must call to have the driver pick you up in the area indicated. 

Call us when you arrive on the U.S. side of the border.
I want to cancel my reservation, what do I do?
To cancel your reservation simply send us an email. We need the name of the person who is on the reservation so we can find your reservation in case you do not know the Booking #.

A $30 deduction is charged for cancellation or no-show parking.
My plane returns after the parking lot closes, how do I pick up my car?
If you know that you will be returning after we close due to a plane being grounded, flight change, or whatever, call us at the phone number on your ticket and give us authorization to leave your car outside.

Once we receive your call, we will text you the number of the safe deposit box and the password so that you can pick up the keys. If you do not receive the text within 30 minutes after you call us, call us to tell us that you did not receive it. Otherwise, your car stays inside the parking lot. The text has the lockbox number and the code to open the lockbox.

You will have to use Uber or a cab service to return to the parking lot. If you do not call us, the car will stay inside and you will be able to pick it up once the parking lot is open at 5am.
I booked, but I have not received my confirmation. 
Sometimes the confirmation email goes to the spam folder, if you can't find it send us an email to send you another copy.

You use the parking lot at your own risk. We do not carry or offer any type of insurance against damage to your car or personal property. 

No inventory of the condition in which your car is received and delivered, nor of the belongings inside the car, is made or offered.
